David is a retired U.S. Army officer with more than 25 years of active global military service, followed by over a decade as a civilian contractor and government executive. Drawing on a lifetime of leadership, discipline, and adaptability, he now dedicates his energy to helping others navigate the challenges and opportunities of middle age.
Through his YouTube channel and related projects, David coaches men and women from all walks of life to excel in the second half of life.
